If your child is joining any in-person tutoring, class, practice test, or other learning event at any location affiliated with or hosted by The Tutorverse, you must*:
- read and consent to the policies and procedures contained in this Agreement AND explain said policies and procedures to your child,
- read and sign the waiver included in this Agreement, and
- make all of the representations required by the foregoing.
*Your child’s participation in any in-person tutoring, class, practice test, or other learning event is contingent on the completion of this Agreement (which includes two sections: “In-Person Programming: COVID-19 Policies & Procedures” and “In-Person Programming: COVID-19 Waiver & Release of Liability”). If this Agreement is NOT FULLY COMPLETED, your child will NOT BE PERMITTED TO ATTEND any live, in-person tutoring, class, practice test, or other learning event regardless of any previous election or agreement you may have made. If this Agreement is NOT FULLY COMPLETED, your child will be automatically enrolled into a comparable online tutoring, class, practice test, or other learning event; no refund, credit, or other accommodation will be made.
