We don’t hire high school or college students. Though there are many brilliant students out there, a successful class must be led by an experienced educator. There is no substitute for real-world experience.
We staff teaching assistants to help teachers help with classroom management. They also keep the class on track by answering questions and providing challenge materials to students who need it. This way, the class is as personalized as possible for a small-group experience.
