All of our teachers go through a rigorous 5-part interview process. A typical teacher will have 5-10 years of relevant classroom or tutoring experience. This means our teachers can properly manage classroom dynamics while moving through the curriculum.
For larger classes, teaching assistants help manage behavior and logistics and also help students who require more attention.
